Refund policy
At Timoro, we take great care in crafting and delivering every product. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you with a smooth return process.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- A video of the unboxing (from seal opening to product inspection) is required for return eligibility.
- Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or repackaged items.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Our team will contact you for the necessary details once your return is approved.
EXCHANGES
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned without an unboxing video
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

- Reason for return
- Unboxing video (via Google Drive or WeTransfer link)
