Refund policy

At Timoro, we take great care in crafting and delivering every product. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you with a smooth return process.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • A video of the unboxing (from seal opening to product inspection) is required for return eligibility.
  • Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or repackaged items.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Our team will contact you for the necessary details once your return is approved.

EXCHANGES

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items returned without an unboxing video
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video (via Google Drive or WeTransfer link)
